We are looking for a Customer Service/Service Technician (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Kaufbeuren.

What can you expect?

  • A mix of tasks - both in the office and in the field
  • In the office, you will assist our customers (heating installers, system operators) and colleagues with technical questions and issues.
  • In the field, you will independently carry out commissioning, maintenance, and service work on varmeco products/components in the company's local area.

What are we looking for?

  • You have completed a vocational training in the field of SHK (gas/water and/or central heating) or are an electrician with experience as a SHK customer service technician.
  • Ideally, you already have solid knowledge in TGA (technical building equipment) and control technology.
  • You are friendly and communicative, and may already have experience in customer service/support.
  • You enjoy working in a team and can complete tasks independently and with a goal-oriented approach.
  • You have an understanding of both overall and partial systems in building technology systems for heating/drinking water heating.
