For our Human Resources department at our location in Regensburg, we are looking for you as a Recruiting Specialist (m/w/d).


What challenges await you?:

  • You will be responsible for the entire endtoend recruiting process, from job posting to contract signing
  • You will conduct interviews with suitable candidates independently
  • You will also develop appropriate strategies for attracting suitable applicants
  • In addition, you will proactively participate in various projects and support recruiting events

What do we expect from you?:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training as a personnel clerk or a degree with a focus on human resources
  • You have already gained initial experience in recruiting or in the human resources field
  • You have good knowledge of modern recruiting tools and methods
  • You convince with high flexibility, independence and very good communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel, round off your profile
