What you can expect from us
You will take on the independent and responsible management of a store
You always keep an eye on sales and costs and quickly implement appropriate measures
You are familiar with industry-specific key figures and can interpret them. This allows you to always keep track of sales, inventory, and personnel costs
You lead and motivate your team and create personnel schedules based on demand to ensure the best service even during high customer traffic
Together with your employees, you ensure optimal product flow and maintain an attractive product presentation
You see customer-oriented advice and implementing our mission as a positive challenge
What convinces us
You have completed a commercial or comparable vocational training and have first-hand experience in managing a store
You have leadership experience in the retail or grocery industry and have successfully led a team
