The Graphic Communications Division of FUJIFILM North America Corporation is the largest graphic distributor in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective forecasting models to accurately predict customer demand.
  • Review customer orders and inventory levels to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor customer service levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop supply chain strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement inventory control policies.
  • Manage forecast models for item/customer combination to achieve the highest statistical output.
  • Develop and analyze performance metrics to drive process and forecast accuracy improvement.
  • Analyze sku trends and seasonal business to ensure Supply Chain is ready for changes.
  • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities with Supply Chain Planning
  • Lead external customer meetings to review customer forecasts and expectations.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive process and system improvements.
  • Run and analyze sales reports.
  • Effectively communicate with international partners.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Education

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Demand Planner.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
  • At least 1 year SAP experience, R3 and BI
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
  • Experience with inventory and sales management systems.
  • Prior experience working with a sales function
