Full Time Summer Only Apartment Maintenance - Lafayette, United States - O'Neil Property Managment

Full time maintenance technician needed for SUMMER OF 2024 ONLY for an apartment management company in the Lafayette/West Lafayette area.

Job duties include but not limited to the following.

Prepare apartments between tenants

Replace blinds

Caulk tubs, counters, etc

Replace ceiling fans

Replace garbage disposals

Furniture and appliance moving

Check and replace exit lights, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers

Replace furnace filters

Install sink fixtures and drains

Must have a good driving record, be able to climb stairs, carry 50 lbs, work over your head, climb ladders, be able to work in heat and cold, etc.

Must have good communication and organizational skills and good penmanship. Hours are from 8:30 - 5:00pm M-F.

Pay is based on experience.


Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
