As a key player in our customer service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our global clientele while driving sales and promoting our premium line of nutraceutical products.

Responsibilities:

Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and followup
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell products to maximize sales revenue
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
Stay uptodate on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the nutraceutical or health industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills with a customerfocused mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work nontraditional hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
