  • Develop strong relationship with management as their trusted advisor on HR policies, processes, and issues.
  • Maintained current knowledge of payroll processing systems and changes in payroll laws.
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
  • Process payroll for 150 plus employees process multiple location payroll multiple state payroll.
  • Provide HR advice and support to management on employee relations issues (e.g., performance improvement plans, discipline letters, investigation assistance, and termination letters).
  • Support management with the implementation of the Performance Management Program, ensuring that goals and objectives are aligned with corporate strategy, checkpoint and yearend review meetings occur and individual development plans are documented and implemented.
  • Responsible for delivering SF Company culture and HR communications across multi business functions.
  • Manage workforce training and development programs, including new hire orientation, culture training, skills training, etc.
  • Develop and manage employee caring programs, including birthday parties, monthly lunch, team building events, and annual company party, etc.
  • Coordinate job placement including coordinating interview schedules, and onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate placement of temporary workers, building relationships, placing orders for temporaries, and maintaining relationships with contingent workforce management agencies.
  • Maintain HRIS databases and/or Training databases. Verify accuracy of data, investigate causes of discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.
  • Assist with conducting exit interviews. Analyze findings and make recommendations to reduce turnover.
  • Complete regular reports as required (e.g., headcount, overtime, attendance, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business, or other related area, plus a minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources (or equivalent in experience and other education).
  • Strong verbal, written, and crossculture communication skills, emphasizing interpersonal and group communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and multitask in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Demonstrated coaching and advisory experience.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting management with change initiatives.
  • Must be able to selfdirect and work effectively with others at all levels of the organization with team members, senior leaders, and clients.
  • 35 years ADP payroll processing experience.
  • PC skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook) and HRIS
  • Experience in logistics industry and bilingual in Chinese is a plus

Pay:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
