Your Role

You are responsible for our social media channels, which offer a high level of trust and freedom to create a loyal fan base
Create and post outstanding content on all our social media channels to increase our fan love and engagement
Monitor the performance of our social media campaigns and bring new ideas to increase their effectiveness
Respond to comments and feedback on social media and inquiries from our followers in a timely manner and with exceptional communication skills
Proactively forward feedback from our followers to the internal stakeholders involved
Support brand partnerships to expand our media presence and brand appeal by building and maintaining contacts and relationships with existing and potential partners
