Pioneer Valley Cardiology Associates has an excellent career opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator.

Under the direction of Senior Management, this role serves as a human resources generalist, talent acquisition lead, benefits specialist, onboarding specialist and a resource for staff seeking services.

This position is also part of a multi-departmental leadership team.


Responsibilities to include (but not exclusively):

  • Maintains posting for open positions internally and through external sources.
  • Maintains data base for all Job Descriptions. Ensures these are reviewed on an annual basis.
  • Manages job recruitment in multiple formats including, but not limited to, website, job fairs, and online postings such as Indeed.
  • Primary contact for Day One Onboarding process. Ensures proper onboarding is completed for new hires and necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Tracks internal and external training requirements and maintain communication with reporting manager.
  • Conducts regular salary and benefit analysis on an annual basis.
  • Primary resource for Practice benefits Administration, including but not limited to Health/Life/Disability policies, Retirement Plans, COBRA, FMLA, PFML and other state and federal programs.
  • Initiate Off Boarding process for terminated employees and conducts exit interviews for departing staff.
  • Primary resources for claims as they relate to Unemployment, Wage and Hour, MCAD, and the like.
  • Maintains staff Directory and Practice Website, reviewing content periodically, including photos for new providers, and construction of their bios.
  • Primary resource for staff experiencing issues. Facilitates connecting employees to an appropriate resource such as company's EAP program.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting, marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about company and answer any questions new hires may have.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Skilled in Business communications, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe and other software programs which will streamline and facilitate information sharing and clear communication of information to all staff, providers, and external applicants.
  • Strong computer skills an absolute must.
  • Minimum of three years of Human Resources support experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Associate Degree or higher in human services or related field preferred.

$ $28.50 per hour
