Job Summary:
Duties:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure systems are uptodate.
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Document all support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.
Skills:
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure, computer hardware, and operating systems.
- Knowledge of Mac OS, ServiceNow, Jira, and computer networking.
- Strong customer service skills with experience in desktop support.
- Ability to provide technical support for various software and hardware issues.
Pay:
$40, $48,998.76 per year
