Sales Support Specialist

Your responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for handling all commercial tasks related to customer service and acting as the interface between our sales team and application technicians.

With your proactive, service-oriented approach, you ensure smooth processes between customers and sales. You will handle offer processing, technical clarification, order booking, and delivery date tracking.

As a solution-oriented contact person, you will provide friendly and competent support to our industrial customers and maintain customer master data in our systems.
