Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing industry connections.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers at client organizations.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions that align with their objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close deals and ensure profitable sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of services and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 57 years of progressive sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Pay:
$70, $110,000.00 per year
