Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing industry connections.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers at client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close deals and ensure profitable sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Requirements:


  • 57 years of progressive sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Pay:
$70, $110,000.00 per year
