As Team Lead Key Account Management (m/w/d), you will lead our national Key Account Management team
You are responsible for the development of the Key Account Managers (m/w/d) and regularly conduct individual feedback and development discussions
You report directly to the Global Sales Director on topics related to the national Key Account business
You also independently manage and develop a Key Account
You derive specific sales measures to best realize the strategic potential of national Key Accounts
As part of customer management, you are responsible for shaping the customer strategy in line with the company strategy, as well as developing a business plan
You present the customerspecific category strategy and maximize market share and net sales through optimal activation of business drivers
