Overview:


Join our team as a Recruiter for the summer, where you will play a vital role in talent acquisition and training development.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with experience in recruiting and a passion for finding top talent. Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Engage in negotiations with potential hires
  • Manage social media & job board platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Experience:


  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with Paychex or similar HR software
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in lead generation for recruitment purposes
  • Outgoing and positive personality

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
