We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility located in Lancaster, TX, As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our equipment and facilities.

This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing machinery and equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or malfunctions.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Order and maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or machinery.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications:


  • Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and communication purposes.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
