Responsibilities

Manage Database Cleanup Services including, but not limited to:
Training associates and clients on the Name Consolidation Tool (NCT)
Preparing all aspects of Database Cleanup service
Corresponding with clients
Scheduling NCT merge internally and with the client
Tracking annual clients to schedule annual merges
Work with internal support to resolve Database Cleanup issues
Performing necessary Admin tasks when needed.
Maintain Salesforce projects including adding notes and attaching all client correspondence to projects.
Assist with other Virtual Services as needed.
New Year Service Updates.
MIS reports.
Work with the Name Consolidation Tool.
Ability to work with the following:
F&I templates
Accounting Schedules
Liaison with other departments within CDK and partnering with onsite consultants as required.
Manages projects from beginning to end.
Creates Statements of Work for each project that clearly identifies CDK and customer responsibilities.
Ensures tasks and milestones are completed to keep projects on track.
Follows prepared Statement of Work to deliver high level customer service.
Complete personal developmental and departmental assigned goals.
Proactively communicates with Manager or Director to avoid unsatisfactory customer delivery.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

High School Diploma plus Associate College degree or work equivalent experience
Working knowledge of CDK FI Journal template setups (SJ)
Proficient understanding of AGRS and ability to aide in Acct. team
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good Power Point skills
Excellent or Advanced Excel skills
Some evening and weekend work required.
Communicate efficiently and timely to customers and other associates.

Salary Range:
$60,000 to $65,000
