    We are seeking an experienced Project Architect RA to lead diverse projects in a dynamic environment.     This role encompasses all aspects from design and schematic development to construction documentation and administration.


    Summary:
    The Project Architect collaborates closely with partners and Senior Managers, overseeing production and project coordination from inception to completion.


    Qualifications:
    Professional degree in Architecture

    Licensed Architect (preferred)

    10+ years of Architecture experience

    Extensive project management experience across various project types

    Proficiency in the Florida Building Code (FBC)

    Fluent in REVIT for overseeing building permit production



    Responsibilities:
    Attend bi-weekly project meetings and liaise with clients

    Conduct zoning and building code analysis

    Generate 3-D models from hand sketches or CAD drawings

    Participate in client meetings and lead projects from schematic design to building permits

    Conduct code research and product identification

    Coordinate project consultants and manage REVIT models

    Facilitate the building permit process and attend construction meetings

    Provide regular project progress reports to partners

    Utilize software tools such as REVIT, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite

    Manage projects using Smartsheet, Procore, Timesheet, and Excel

    Responsibilities:
    Support projects from design inception to construction completion

    Execute design tasks and architectural detailing

    Produce schematic, design development, and construction documents

    Make critical decisions in collaboration with the department director and designers

    Provide leadership for project teams and coordinate documentations

    Perform construction administration duties, including responding to RFIs, RFPs, and change orders

    Provide feedback and mentorship to ensure project success

    Ensure projects are within budget and schedule constraints

    Coordinate with internal and external consultants for seamless project delivery
