Within the Chief Quality Office (CQO) division, there is the Structural Engineering Water Construction unit.
As part of the Port Structural Inspection Office (SPH), we are responsible for the structural inspection, including official construction supervision, of water engineering projects. If the tasks cannot be performed in-house, we commission external inspection engineers and, if necessary, experts.
The Structural Engineering Water Construction department is the central point of contact for structural and construction-related issues surrounding water engineering structures: shore and quay wall structures, flood protection structures, locks, barriers, ship berths, pontoons, and piles.
