    Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities Identifies sales strategies to ensure effective compliance to budgeted target requirements Strategizes the organization's priorities with respect to account engagement and revenue expectations, and cascade these goals to the team via the KRA process Reviews expenditures to ensure compliance against established guidelines, government policies, and alignment with PCC Financial goals Leads in customer relationships/negotiations to ensure the most cost effective and financially viable deals to support clients, and to meet PCC financial objectives Ensure appropriate personnel, assets and resources are in place to support sales efforts at the field level nationally Responds and follows thorough evaluation of proposals from customers either via direct contract negotiations or via the RFP process to ensure company profitability Leads team on contract negotiations to obtain terms and conditions that support both client and PCC objectives Works with National Accounts to implement opportunities brought forward and help plan implementations and contract pull through Ensures collection of information and data that will enable the function to proactively determine potential procurement issues in the implementation of contracts / projects Leads and coaches sales team on technical and behavioral aspects of the role Conducts team's performance reviews Owns the process of employee management in assuring the right members are on the team and each member is fully engaged Drives Strategic Account Manager professional and personal development in conjunction with Piramal University, KRAs, and Piramal Success Factors Leads and coaches the Inside Sales Supervisor on the hiring, training, and management of the inside sales team to maximize collaboration and success of the FLP organization Monitors sales, territory performance, and generates reports that cover sales forecasting, goals and results while holding the team accountable for territory growthKey Competencies (knowledge, skills and abilities every person must possess to be successful) Critical Thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times to interface effectively with all internal and external customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative and able to present various solutions Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational disposition Maintain confidentiality Coaching skillsQualificationsEducation/ExperienceBachelor's degree / Masters preferableMinimum of 7 to 10 years of hospital based selling experience.
