COMPANY OVERVIVEW:


Pavement Maintenance Group (PMG) is the largest industry leader in the production and distribution of pavement preservation and maintenance products.

We are seeking a leader who has an entrepreneurial attitude and possess the leadership that can support the initiatives and goals of the organization to continue with their growth.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


  • Oversee plant operations and overall maintenance efficiencies for 8 plants in multiple states
  • Oversee Plant Renovations
  • Able to troubleshoot equipment and ensure quality of product meets specifications
  • Hands on to assist with diagnosis of equipment failures
  • Oversee manufacturing of sealer, equipment, fleet repair and rental equipment
  • Work closely with President to strategize on best practices within the regions
  • Assist maintenance teams and operations support with creating and implementing standard maintenance procedures that work with production planning
  • Work with teams to lead equipment and electrical installations and electrical then test to ensure the proper functioning and follow up training for new installations or locations
  • Initiate and facilitate improvement projects processes to ensure each plant has systems operating to its full potential
  • Experience with purchasing of equipment and supplies
  • Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 10 years' experience in the coating, adhesive, liquid form industrial manufacturing industry preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, trucking w/delivery system
  • Project Management experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong experience in building a culture of engagement and performance improvement
  • Demonstrate an Inspirational leadership approach to leading others
  • Track record of making decisions even when outside area of expertise
  • Must have high capacity to manage multiple priorities with a high balance of emotional control
  • Able to provide guidance/training to more junior staff, creates win
- win situations

  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be highly visible in the Operatio
  • Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
  • Record of successfully collaborating with and influencing senior management and peers
  • Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
  • Valid Drivers license, ability to travel up to 25% of the month
