Description
During our training, you will be taught all relevant specialist knowledge in an interesting and engaging manner.

In addition, you will gain exciting insights into all areas of our bank during practical phases (such as customer and financial advice, securities advice, mortgage financing, market follow-up areas, etc.).

The focus here is on customer consultation, as we put people at the center of everything we do.

As an apprentice at our Volksbank Backnang eG, you will also learn what it means to act cooperatively.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or good technical college entrance qualification
  • Strong interest in finance and economics
  • Enjoyment and pleasure in dealing with people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoyment of working in a team
  • High motivation, willingness to learn, and ability to handle criticism
  • Healthy selfconfidence
  • High level of selfresponsibility
Duration of training: 2 years


Training salary:

  • 1st year: 1,244 euros
  • 2nd year: 1,316 euros
