Position Overview:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our business objectives.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the ongoing success of our Salesforce environment.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices.Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including but not limited to workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Manage user profiles, roles, permissions sets, and sharing rules to ensure data security and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform data cleansing and maintenance activities as needed.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, and provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement.
- Provide ongoing training and support to endusers to maximize adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and familiarity with Salesforce Classic.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and knowledge of Apex and Visualforce development is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud and using Salesforce in an Educational setting is a plus
- Experience with integration of Salesforce data with outside vendor systems is a plus

Pay:
$65, $90,000.00 per year
