About the Role:

LHH has partnered with a well known company inn Tampa, Florida. We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Create financial models and reports to track performance and identify trends.
Conduct variance analysis to investigate and explain deviations from budget.
Support the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets.
Assist with the preparation of financial presentations for management.
Stay up-to-date on relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data into business operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools (e.g., Power BI).
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
