    Description

    Senior Financial Analyst

    We have an immediate opening for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A at our headquarters in Tampa, FL. In this position, you will be an asset to the rapid growth and success of not only the Finance team, but also to the wider business transformation. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting financial data to assist in key corporate financial decisions. In this position you will cultivate company analysis and reporting on a monthly basis to compare our actual results to prior years, budgets and forecasts, in addition to developing and implementing analytical tools to improve the understanding of company results in order to drive better quality decisions.

    To be successful in this position, you must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. We will rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    · Participate in the analysis of actual and projected financial performance and key performance indicators, summarizing analysis and results, identifying risks and opportunities and frame discussions for presentation to senior leadership and middle management.

    · Responsible for managing the standard monthly reporting process.

    · Work with Senior Management to identify revenue generating and expense management opportunities in order to improve financial performance while maintaining quality patient care.

    · Develop projections and modeling for strategic and long-range planning for both ongoing and new corporate ventures. Evaluate and report the economic impact of projects, trends, and business conditions to senior management and others.

    · Special tasks as assigned and participate in special projects as needed.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, MBA strongly preferred

    · 4-8 years experience in the field or in a related area

    · Strong comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance essentials & concepts

    · Financial modeling experience required

    · Strong MS Excel skills required

    · Knowledge and understanding of financial statements

    · Experience with Power BI data analytics or similar software strongly preferred

    · Experience with ERP systems – Axiom, Oracle NetSuite or similar program strongly preferred

    · Knowledge of Healthcare or Managed Care strongly preferred
