As part of our temporary staffing services, we are currently seeking a
Customer Advisor (m/f/d) at CHECK24 in
Berlin with the earliest possible start date.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing
    advice and support to existing and new customers via telephone and email regarding travel insurance.
  • Based on the individual needs of your customers and prospects (m/f/d),
    you will create customized offers for travel insurance.

Recording and maintaining customer data as well as being responsible for applications are also part of
your exciting tasks, making you a central interface between customers (m/f/d) and insurance companies.

  • Furthermore, you will contribute to the
    continuous development of the comparison offer in order to offer customers (m/f/d) the most optimal and uptodate solutions.
