At Dealer Services International, a division of 4 Wheel Parts and Wheel Pros, we provide aftermarket solutions to dealerships throughout the nation to create one-of-a-kind vehicles uniquely customized to project the personality of their four-wheel enthusiast customers and drive the pursuit of their passion for off-road.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with the frontend leadership of major dealerships and dealer groups throughout the assigned territory, influencing them to partner with DSI for their aftermarket solutions needs and capturing both new business and increased market share with existing clients
- Educate dealership leaders and sales teams with the latest aftermarket trends
- Consultatively sell our pricing, packages and warranties
- Collaborate with dealerships and local 4WP retail stores on installations to ensure the highest quality product, customer service, and speed to market
- Prepare sales forecast, generate sales pipeline and drive activity to close deals
- Hit and exceed profit targets and sales goals
- Work fast, work hard and juggle multiple priorities
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience is required
- 3+ years of experience selling Aftermarket or OEM parts or solutions direct to dealerships
- Demonstrable success in hunting for and converting new customers, developing relationships throughout the territory and industry, and maximizing revenue and market share
- Documented track record of success in achieving revenue, market share and profitability goals
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Demonstrates a highly competitive, selfmotivated spirit and understands what it means to be a part of a team with safety and integrity top of mind
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Current market relationships with a list of local industry contacts will help you to hit the ground running
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience is required

The District Sales Manager is a salary plus commission role with our top performers throughout the nation making well more than $100,000 per year annually and we offer some of the best benefits in the industry including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Pay:
$50, $75,000.00 per year

Aftermarket Parts Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Automotive service: 3 years (preferred)
- Outside sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Dealership: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- West Covina, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
