Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to Operations by creating and revising monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Assist with quarterly/annual business reviews using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Develop Power Point presentations for special projects within the operation.
  • Help in assigning and tracking monthly training for all TMG Associates.
  • Design and document workflows under the guidance of Operations Management.
  • Create and distribute client surveys, and compile and monitor results.
  • Undertake other projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • Experience with Adobe Suite is desired but not mandatory.
  • Strong work ethic with a team and serviceoriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Detailoriented with sound judgment and problemsolving abilities.
