Description
Job duties:
Work in an aluminum extrusion plant packaging department.
The operator's responsibilities include packing a variety of aluminum profiles, maintaining a clean work area, following standard work instructions, participating in projects to continually improve operations, and strictly follow quality and safety guidelines while working in a team environment.
Schedules:
- Weekends (Saturday Sunday) 7am7pm.
Requirements:
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read Blueprints
- Lift 50lbs occasionally
- Bending
- Frequently
- Standing
- Work in Team environment
- Problem solving skills
- Willing to crosstrain
- High School Education or Equivalent.
- Willing to work in a Lean Manufacturing Environment
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Packaging experience
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends only
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
