Duties & Essential Functions (these are not all-inclusive):

Warmly welcomes all incoming customers, checks-in their reservation, and escorts them to their assigned table.
High understanding of the Resy platform.
Precisely informs customers of waiting times and respects the order of arrival of customers.
Ensures customer is rapidly and effectively cared for.
Sets host stand for service, ensuring all resources (pens, paper, business cards etc.) are stocked.
Offers coat check assistance to all guests with coats, bags, luggage, umbrellas, etc.
Understands grid management.
Ability to coordinate with the Maitre D' on providing directon for the Reservations team.
Delegates and oversees host assignments in service.
Performs routine table and bathroom checks.
Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time over multiple floors.
Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Polished personal presentation; Grooming meets company standards outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Familiarity with restaurant software such as point of sales.
Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
