    Total Compensation up to $55,000 depending upon experience

    Position: Front of the House Manager

    Location: Kannapolis, NC

    Compensation: Total compensation up to $55,000 depending upon experience

    Responsibilities

    • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee service, kitchen, and administrative functions for smooth restaurant operations
    • Lead & Motivate Team: Inspire the front-of-house team for high customer satisfaction
    • Strategize for Success: Develop strategies to enhance dining experiences and achieve financial goals
    • Maintain High Standards: Ensure consistent food quality, safety, and cleanliness
    • Staff Management: Handle recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluations
    • Collaborate Effectively: Coordinate with back-of-house manager for seamless operations
    • Drive Marketing Initiatives: Support marketing to boost restaurant traffic
    • Inventory & Cost Control: Manage inventory and control costs effectively
    • Cultivate Team Spirit: Foster teamwork and enthusiasm in the work environment
    Qualifications
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years in restaurant management
    • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team
    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Decision-Making: Thrive in fast-paced environments with quick decision-making
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
