An elegant long term care facility located in Livingston, NJ is currently seeking a strong Unit Manager

_ Salary:
Up to $120K per year (depending on experience)_

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with patient's examinations and/or questions.
  • Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
  • Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.

Qualifications:


  • Must have NJ RN license
  • Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
