As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Project Manager / Client Liaison with experience in commercial construction to ensure our projects meet our exacting standards and our clients are kept informed and engaged throughout the process.

Role Summary:

The Project Manager / Client Liaison will be the cornerstone of communication between Infinity Pools' office, field operations, and our clients.

This primarily office-based role focuses on overseeing the seamless execution of our projects from an administrative and client service perspective, especially within the commercial construction space.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction project management, with a strong preference for those experienced in commercial projects, alongside outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary office-based contact for clients, providing project updates, fielding questions, and ensuring a superior client experience.

Liaise with field superintendents to oversee commercial and residential pool construction projects, ensuring adherence to our standards, timelines, and budgets.

Ensure clear and effective communication between the office team and field personnel to address and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, client communications, and adjustments to project plans.
Develop and refine project management processes to enhance operational efficiency and project quality.
Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management.
Manage client expectations, providing timely and effective solutions to any concerns or issues that arise.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.

At least 5 years of project management experience, with a strong preference for candidates with commercial construction project management background.

Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable with technology-driven work environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Knowledge of building automation and AI-based technologies is advantageous.
