With this position, you will meet with nearly all warm to hot leads. Evaluate roof damage and determine what is needed. Measure the roof (directly and/or with aid of aerial measure) and prepare an estimate.

Using our method and materials, present the estimate to the prospect, and follow up with lead through completion of job.

Generate new work through finding new leads.


Qualifications:

• Ability to understand roofing/estimating math
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Experience in sales estimation or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales estimation and lead management
• Sales closing ability and ability to handle objections

Pay:
$51, $100,000.00 per year
