Claims Administrator (m/f/d) Travel Health in Munich.

Your responsibilities include:

Complete initial and followup processing of health claims, including coverage checks and payments within our own authority
Receiving and assessing claims
Evaluating medical situations and diagnoses
Conducting customeroriented telephone conversations
Reviewing and assessing recovery claims
Special tasks, such as reviewing and assessing emergency claims as a liaison with the emergency call center

Your qualifications include:

Completed commercial apprenticeship or willingness to acquire necessary commercial skills as a career changer
Previous experience in claims administration is desirable
Interest in medical terminology (including GOÄ and GOZ)
Quick comprehension, high willingness to learn, and sound judgment
Strong understanding and behavior of customer service
Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities
Handson mentality, empathy, and teamwork
Good knowledge of MS Office
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
