Description
We are looking for a full-time Property Manager to help us run our 150+ unit multifamily portfolio of rental properties in the greater Albany, NY area.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating property showings and facilitating the leasing process with prospective renters
- Marketing available units and maximizing occupancy rates
- Turning over units for incoming tenants
- Collecting deliquent rent
- Managing the return of security deposits
- Mangaing the compleition of maintenance requests
- Meeting contractors onsite to obtain quotes and evaluate work performance
- Performing general administrative work
- Handling tenant concerns and maintaining positive tenant relations
The position will oversee an administrative assistant who handles the majority of the general administrative tasks on behalf of the Property Manager.
This position requires on-site work (about 60-70% of the week), but allows flexability to work from home for the remainder of the week (there is no office location).

From $70,000.00 per year
