The Cup4Cup Sales and Chargeback Specialist is in charge of managing daily sales invoices, calculating monthly commission payments, keeping track of monthly retailer chargeback reports, and collaborating with the sales team to resolve unnecessary chargebacks. The Sales & Chargeback Specialist also handles disputing retailer chargebacks, monitoring refunded disputes, and managing accounts receivables.

Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. A minimum of two years of relevant work experience and the capability to work within a tight-knit team are essential. While a college degree in a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
