YOUR TASKS

You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Campaign Team for PAYBACK's digital partners
Together with your team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing all marketing activities within the PAYBACK channels and multipartner campaigns
In addition to team leadership, you will also take on operational control
As a team, you will focus on relevance, performance, and efficiency, analyzing and optimizing measures according to the success KPIs of the partners
You will develop and accompany new communication concepts, have an eye for creativity, and coordinate with creative agencies
As a team lead, you have disciplinary responsibility for the performance and development of your team and regularly conduct review meetings and 1:1s
You are an internal interface for strategic projects and work closely with Key Account Management to successfully develop PAYBACK's digital business
