The salary will range from $10 to $15 /hr. depending on skill set. The work schedule can be designed for the individual whether part or full time. In addition the hours and days can be adjusted by the employee to meet their schedule or goal. During extremely hot or cold days jobs will be done inside the house in an air condition environment.

Employee will work with the owner to maintain grounds, buildings, including yard mowing, trimming, and edging.

The helper will also be involved with small repairs, cleaning, paint jobs inside and outside of the restaurants and homes.

Skills should include be a helper for carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and landscape employers. Depending on skill levels, operating tractors, excavator, skid steer might also be involved.
