Description
The Center for Vocational Rehabilitation is looking to hire experienced Scanning/Indexing individuals for our Document Management operation.


Duties:


  • Operate scanning equipment to scan and digitize documents
  • Ensure accurate and efficient scanning of documents
  • Organize and maintain scanned files and records
  • Perform quality checks to ensure scanned documents are clear and legible
  • Assist with data entry and file management tasks as needed

Skills:

- _
Proficient in using databases for data entry and retrieval_

  • Strong clerical skills, including filing, typing, and transcribing information accurately
- _
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for organizing and manipulating data_

  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain scanned files in an orderly manner

Ability to work with computerized systems for scanning and document management_

  • Experience with order entry processes is a plus
  • Basic math skills for verifying quantities or performing simple calculations
This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
