- Using automation and AI tools to streamline the renewals process and ensure accuracy
- Managing team members in different locations, promoting a collaborative work environment
- Developing team members through shadowing and ongoing feedback
- Supporting Sales in meeting or exceeding renewal targets
- Ensuring operational efficiency and process development for the renewals team
- Collaborating with Sales Leaders on complex renewal strategies
- Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and resolving issues across departments
- Providing visibility to renewals and facilitating resolution strategies
- Accelerating new hire ramp time through training
- 4 years of experience, including 2 years in a management role in a similar setting
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and analytical skills

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Renewals Team Manager to lead our global renewals team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing remote teams across different time zones, with the ability to be flexible in working hours. Proficiency in automation and AI tools is essential for optimizing our renewals processes efficiently.
You and your team will oversee a high volume of smaller renewal opportunities, supporting our Order Management and Finance teams with order booking and invoicing, all tracked in Salesforce. Collaboration with global Territory Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive exceptional renewal rates is a key aspect of this role.
