- Own and optimize the quote to cash process for scalability
- Support Sales, Account Management, Renewals, and Channel & Alliances teams in processing quotes and ensuring deal efficiency
- Manage contract reviews and data accuracy of deals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify optimal deal attributes
- Ensure compliance with customer contracts and key policies
- Act as a product manager for the Quoting Experience in Salesforce
- Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years' experience in deal desk or sales operations, and proficiency in Excel/BI tools
- Partner with Sales and Finance on complex deals
- Enforce Deal Desk SLA and manage approvals for non-standard deals
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements
- Advise sales teams on pricing and business terms
- Propose and execute long-term initiatives for business growth

DomainTools - Deal Desk Management and Operations Director
The Deal Desk Management and Operations Director needs to be comfortable in fast-paced technology environments with rapid growth. This key role involves collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Renewals, Customer Success, and Channel & Alliances teams to optimize deal structuring, pricing strategy, quote management, contract review, discounting, and all deal cycle aspects globally. By streamlining business processes, this position ensures a seamless customer experience throughout the deal process. The job focuses on enhancing the quote to cash process, removing bottlenecks, and boosting the pace of doing business with DomainTools.
Location: Remote within US
Compensation: $150,000- $200,000 OTE (80% base/ 20% commission)
