Your tasks

  • You support your branch manager in all matters concerning the professional leadership, organization and motivation of your branch team of 2040 employees
  • You not only optimize the processes behind the scenes, but also work handson "on the floor"
  • You take care of disposition and inventories and represent the branch manager in his absence
  • Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, ensure a wellmaintained branch and a successful shopping experience for our customers
Your profile

  • Professional experience in retail or a comparable industry with first leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
  • Team player with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and results orientation
  • Willingness to work in flexible shift models
