Are you interested in joining a diverse and energetic team of nurses? Intramed Plus, a leading South Carolina infusion pharmacy, is seeking a passionate and committed nurse to join its growing team in the West Columbia branch, as a Clinical Nurse Liaison. The Clinical Nurse Liaison will ideally have sufficient experience in infusion therapy, central venous access, case management, home health or hospice experience, and possess exceptional accountability and ownership traits.

What You'll Be Doing

As a registered nurse for Intramed Plus, you are the direct liaison and point of contact for coordinating and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure proper patient treatment and care. The Clinical Nurse Liaison will assist with the delivery of quality patient care services, on-site referral coordination, clinical follow-ups, patient education and training, and assist in transitional care coordination from the hospital to the home.

What We're Looking For

Registered nurse with a current license in the state of South Carolina
2+ years of nursing experience
Experience in infusion therapy, central venous access, case management and home health/hospice is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and proactively, at various levels throughout internal and external organizations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with the ability to partner across the company to drive success for everyone
Exceptional organization skills and the ability to multitask
Tech savvy, proficient in the use of modern technology and the Microsoft Office Suite

Work Schedule

This full-time position typically works eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate must be available to assist with on-call responsibilities - including weekends and holidays.

What We Offer

This RN position earns a competitive wage of $70K to $80K a year, depending on experience. We also offer great benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a generous 401(k) plan, mileage reimbursement, short-and-long-term disability, and quarterly bonuses.
