- Delivering quality general and psychiatric nursing care to adolescent and adult patients hospitalized for treatment of psychiatric or emotional disorders;
- Completes nursing assessment & other related assessments, nursing care plan, and nursing discharge summary within the established time frames
- Assists with admission and discharge of patients
- Participates in the treatment planning process, adding interventions, and signing off interventions as needed
- Administers medication per policy and procedure. Identifies side effects of medications and intervenes appropriately
- Complete daily assignment sheets.

At Three Rivers Behavioral Health, a 129 bed facility located in West Columbia, SC, we never forget that patients are people -- people with potential, who can have better relationships and live more productive lives. For those who seek a secure environment, healing, hope, treatment, and recovery, Three Rivers is the first place for a second chance. Three Rivers provides psychiatric, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment through inpatient services for adolescents and adults. Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions.

Benefits for this position include:
Weekday 2nd shift $6.25 & Weekend 2nd shift $9.00
Weekday 3rd shift $7.00 & Weekend 3rd shift $10.00
Weekend 1st shift $8.00
