    We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.


    Responsibilities:
    Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
    Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
    Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
    Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
    Report analysis and findings to management team

    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
    Fundamental knowledge of working with a non-profit
    Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
    Detail and deadline-oriented
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    Someone who could handle everything from electrical repairs to plumbing, and from carpentry to landscaping.

    We wanted a true jack-of-all-trades, a person who could step in wherever needed and keep our mutiple locations running smoothly.

    A Maintenance Specialist should have experience in various trades, diverse skill set allowed them to tackle various task and a maintenance specialist with a broad range of abilities
