- Oversee accuracy of Balance Sheet account reconciliations and month-end close process.
- Manage analytical reviews for financial statements.
- Develop budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Coordinate audits and provide information to auditors.
- Supervise banking relationships and monitor cash flow.
- Administer financial applications and conduct accounting research.
- Implement procedural changes for efficiency.
- Supervise fixed asset reporting and assist Payroll Manager.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial disclosures.
- Familiarity with SEC rules and regulations.
- Experience in internal control environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- 5-8 years of accounting experience required.
