ERP Support (m/f/d)

What we expect

After familiarizing yourself with the technology and processes of our merchandise management, you will gradually take on responsibility in supporting the ERP system and connected solutions.
You will be the communication interface between the departments, IT, the ERP service provider, and the connected systems.
You will independently carry out error analyses and problem solving.
You will advise our employees on the optimal use of the ERP system.
You will document open todos, solution paths, and instructions.
You will train our employees in the use of application systems
