We are seeking a talented QA Analyst with expertise in Marketing Cloud softwares similar to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our software products.
• Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
• Perform regression testing, functional testing, and performance testing as required.

Adobe Campaign Expertise:

• Utilize Adobe Campaign to test marketing campaigns.
• Validate the accuracy and effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring they meet business requirements and objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Adobe Campaign implementations.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure the delivery of highquality products.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement within the QA process and implement best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to quality assurance and Adobe Campaign.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Campaign Management tools similar to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or Adobe Workfront is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

$85, $108,000.00 per year
