Job Summary:

This position plays a key role in developing and executing the dealership-level marketing strategy/activities for their assigned dealerships. The Local Store Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing, and General Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Communication
  • Work alongside the Marketing Department and Dealer Leadership (General Manager and Department Managers) to ensure a local marketing plan is documented in the marketing calendar to drive the business for each location
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the local community, riding groups, and vendors to promote the dealership's business
  • Gather, report, and share best practices and afteraction reviews of marketing activities
  • Retail Environment
  • Review POP kits, instore collateral, and overall dealership readiness
  • Manage requests from local dealerships for POP kits, online content, and events
  • Maintain brand standards and creative guidelines
  • Events
  • Perform dealership SWOT analyses to develop a quarterly event strategy
  • Develop and ensure delivery of dealershipspecific event programming to generate traffic and brand awareness
  • Coordination of creative materials for all events, on and offsite, for each dealership
  • Evening and weekend availability in order to support event schedule.
  • Any Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:


  • Motorcycle Knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Event operation experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Selfstarting, selfdirecting, and proactive
