Base Pay:
$80,000-$100,000 + annual discretionary bonus

What we're looking for:


Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the Accounts Payable department to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • To be a positive member of an outstanding team.
  • Possess a desire to be innovative and entrepreneurial when approaching projects, tasks, and interactions.
  • Consistently and continuously strive to provide a high level of internal and external customer service and professionalism.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve any payment or invoicerelated issues or disputes.
  • Enter invoices, expense reports, and check request forms into Yardi.
  • Ensure proper coding, approval, and backup are included with check request forms.
  • Review all invoices and check request forms for proper backup documentation, coding and approval prior to payment.
  • Work with Property Management team and vendors to reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies.

Qualifications:


  • College degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable leadership experience.
  • Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Strong planning and problemsolving skills.
  • Clear communicator with ability to interact with associates, senior leaders, and external parties.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Superior organizational skills, detail oriented and able to multitask.
  • A mature professional with excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and ability to work. independently, as well as part of a team.

Physical Demands:


  • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • May involve moving or lifting items at or about 20 pounds.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
